Too Late For America 

This Christian gentleman came into the USA late September 2026 claiming asylum from the relentless pursuit of the Canadian Government, which repeatedly tried him in court for a hate crime case which was previously dismissed. This is called “Double Jeapardy” in our country, and it is forbidden by American constitutional law.

His “infraction” was paying to participate in a gay parade, dressing as a Zombie with a rainbow tutu (ballerina skirt), and handing out “Safe Sex Packets” with kindly-worded tracts and health information inside. Three thousand were distributed in 30 minutes. LGB’s thought the packet contained condom. When they discovered it did not, he was charged and found guilty and fined 104 million dollars. The verdict was appealed and the case was entirely dismissed. But the case was repeatedly re-opened through Kathleen Wynn (gay Premiere/Governor of Ontario), and Prime Minister Justine Trudeau (who most often participated in gay parades). Once again, the re-opening of a settled case is called “DOUBLE JEOPARDY”, and is not allowed in the USA, but is permitted in Canada!

So… Bill’s case was re-opened once again. A Canada-wide warrant was issued for his arrest. He came into the USA, declared Asylum, and immediately contacted the Pacific Justice Institute to handle his Asylum Application.

After 2 weeks in here, Bill arranged for a friend to bring his belongings over to the USA in a 5’x9’ trailer at a Montana border point. Bill asked his lawyer beforehand whether he would be permitted to go to that USA border point to retrieve his trailer as long as he stayed on the American side. THE LAWYER SAID “YES” (obviously, that was a mis-advisement by the lawyer)! Bill was then arrested by the American Border Patrol when his friend came across.

--- If he is deported back to Canada, he faces a very long prison sentence and many fines for upholding Christian values in a decent way, a way that the American Constitution allows for us, but which Canada does not.
